Main asset

This evergreen and flowering shrub, melliferous, is well adapted to coastal climates, where it will support well the sea spray.

Remarks

Round the silhouette by a light pruning after flowering (late September). The hardiest of Olearias.

Natural hybrid between O. avicenniifolia and O. moschata, native from New Zealand. It forms a rounded evergreen shrub with lather dark green oval leaves with whitish reverse, about 2.5 cm long. In late summer, the shrub is covered with corymbs of small fragrant white daisies, followed by egret seeds scattered by the wind.
