Remarks
The leaves are evergreen in mild climate, and edible as Garlic. Their sulfur odor can be unpleasant when touched, and persists a long time on the hands.
Bulbous plant easy to grow, drought resistant and floriferous. Purple ombels are fragrant. Forms quickly an imposing stump.
