Main asset
Plant very drought resistant, typical "crumpled" spectacular bloom. Stems and leaves hairy, silky, aromatic.
Remarks
Beyond the cold, Rock Roses fear winter moisture. Light pruning after flowering will keep them compact ; never cut on old wood.
Evergreen bushy shrub with rounded habit, gray-green oblong leaves, pubescent, silky. Summer flowering of solitary flowers with 5 petals 4-5 cm diameter, crumpled, purple pink with yellow stamens.
