Remarks
Light pruning after flowering will keep the plant a harmonious shape
Vigorous suckering shrub, with spiny branches and deciduous oval leaves. In late winter and spring appear 5-petaled double flowers of bright color, spectacular. They are followed by summer fruit (quince) edible as jellies.
