Evergreen foliage, but especially dark blue flowering covering the shrub.

Remarks

The plant fears winter humidity and cold winds. In USDA zone <8, place along a South or South-West facing wall, on light soil.

Evergreen Ceanothus forming an erected shrub, dense. Branches are arched, leaves are oval 5 cm long and finely toothed. Bloom, intense dark blue, occurs in May-June
