Long flowering plant very drought resistant once established. Typical of Mediterranean gardens.

Remarks

Cultivate in pots in USDA zone <7. The reflowering is promoted by the removal of fruits and summer irrigation.

This Bottlebrush shrub, native to eastern Australia, is given as the hardiest. Slow grower, it forms a small flared shrub, with beautiful flowering in creamy yellow brushes 10 cm long from mid-April to August.
