Main asset

Very large leaves for a Ginkgo, spreading out in a fan form. Semi-columnar compact shape, well suited for small gardens, planters or urban plantations needing small space.

Remarks

Male clone (no smelly ovules !) grafted on Ginkgo from seedling, sold 1 year after grafting.

The GINKGO biloba ANDRÉ BRIANT® 'Brivingtetun' is one of the selections of the ancient DERLY nurseries near Bordeaux. This variety has very different characteristics from the usual Ginkgo:

  • Upright shape almost columnar, evolving towards a narrow tree remaining very vertical
  • Very strong wood, large diameter, explaining the stable habit of the tree and its good resistance to climatic accidents
  • Large size leaves, fan-shaped, making the magnificent autumn golden color even more spectacular.
  • Uses: Specimen, planters, alignment, formal garden
