  • Type of products available: X/1/1P9

Main asset

Plant very tolerant to dry conditions and salty spray, well adapted to occultation or defensive hedges. Discrete flowering but very fragrant in late summer (embalming to more than 10 meters).

Remarks

Elaeagnus plants are well adapted to littoral zones. Elsewhere, they fear cold winds. Because of their strength, they must be pruned several times a year.

Thorny evergreen tufted shrub, dark green leaves with silver-gray underside, marked with large yellow irregular bands in their center. The Elaeagnus pungens are close to the ebbingei, with a more thorny and branched branch.
