Main asset

Round compact habit, blooming in dark pink bells covering almost completely the plant in spring.

Remarks

Plant for acid soil, aerated, remaining wet in summer, and exposure not too sunny or hot.

Small evergreen shrub of heather earth, rounded, orange-red obovate leaves becoming shiny dark green. The flowering takes place in early spring, in the form of hanging clusters of small bells, melliferous. 'Valley Valentine' is a medium development variety (1.50 m), with red young shoots and very dark pink almost purple flowers.
