Young pink foliage then variegated very bright, compact rounded habit.

Remarks

Plant for acid soil, aerated, remaining wet in summer, and exposure not too sunny or hot.

Small evergreen shrub of heather earth, rounded, orange-red obovate leaves becoming shiny dark green. The flowering takes place in early spring, in the form of hanging clusters of small bells, melliferous. 'Flaming Silver' has a compact habit, its young foliage is bright pink then green edged with cream-white.
