'Wim's Red'® is probably, with PRIM WHITE®, one of the earliest Hydrangea paniculata : it blooms depending on the year from late May. At this moment, the panicles are pure white, and contrast with the young wood and petioles of flowers, red burgundy.
Panicles become pale pink in July, then turn red in September when the nights are cool. The colors are more intense in sunny situation.
