Main asset

Beautiful shrub all year with to its bright foliage, its summer fragrant flowering, and its autumn black fruiting contrasting with its foliage and attracting birds. No disease or insect problem, good alternative to variegated Buxus.

Remarks

Plant for mixed or single species hedge, this Privet can also serve as bed background to highlight purple or dark foliage plants.

Sapho

Selection of Johann Muster (Switzerland) with small semi-evergreen leaves variegated with yellow-cream, stable and very luminous both in winter and in summer. It forms a regular bush, dense in its center, fast growing becoming slower once established.
The blooming in light and fragrant clusters is bright white in July. It is followed by black berries in September.
This shrub tolerates prunning, and is suitable for topiary, hedge uniform or mixed.
