Main asset

Bright silver foliage unique in Cinquefoils, which contrasts with the bright yellow long lasting flowering. The erected habit, due to strong branches, makes the plant easier to grow especially in containers.

Remarks

Plant suitable for draining, sandy or stony soils, preferably in full sun. Every 2-3 years, remove the old stems to renew the shrub.

Genesis

This recent breeding of LISS FOREST NURSERIES (GB) comes from Potentilla fruticosa 'Vilmoriniana'. This small, hardy, upright, deciduous shrub has a velvety, silvery, Oidium-resistant foliage, which contrasts with golden-yellow simple flowers all summer.
