Main asset

Plant of medium vigor, able of quickly cover a wall or an embankment. New purple shoots in spring, beautiful fall colors.

Remarks

Prune in winter and then if needed during growth to contain its vigor (in particular to prevent it from covering the roof). Provide sufficient space for future development at the plantation.

Deciduous liana with medium green trilobate leaves, opposed to tendrils with suckers clinging alone. Flowering, in short green clusters, occurs in May-June and is followed by bluish-black fruit in autumn. The foliage takes, in autumn, beautiful red and purple colors.
